Our bespoke bag charms are compatible only with our Lacylou bags. Our bags are designed with unique locking mechanisms that are designed to fit our charms. To attach your chosen bag charms you simply push, twist to the right and lock into place and style as desired.

To remove and switch up your charms, carefully push down and rotate to the left to release.

To clean your bag we recommend using a leather cleaning product and lint free cloth.

To clean your charms and straps we recommend using a metal polish product and lint free cloth.

We hope you are pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return you purchase please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return.

Goods must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, in a saleable condition with:

• All original packaging

We recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. On receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition we will issue a full refund.

• To arrange a return/exchange please print our RETURNS FORM, complete all fields and include in your return.

For returns from the USA, we offer a charged returns service with UPS (for £20/$27) including collection from you. Please contact us for more details.
